  • How much is delivery?

Our delivery is FREE for all orders over R1000. This is door-to-door courier delivery within South Africa.

  • How long will it take?

Orders are dispatched within 5-10 days of purchase, depending on availability.

  • Are the devices easy to use?

Yes, absolutely. We only stock devices that are suitable for home use that don’t need to be operated by trained professionals. A comprehensive user manual accompanies each device and we offer full after-sales support.

  • If I have a medical condition, will I be able to use your devices?

If you suffer from a medical condition, kindly contact our help centre and they will advise as to whether you would be able to use the device.

Payment Methods

You can pay by debit card, credit card, or EFT, using the secure PayFast platform.

Refunds and Returns

Due to hygienic reasons, items purchased are non-refundable unless it's faulty or damaged during shipping. Most of our devices come with 1 year manufacturer’s warranty to make sure they are in good working condition for you!

  • My device is broken? Can I get a replacement?

We will happily replace any defective device within one year of purchase. If your device is faulty within 1 month of purchase, we will send another one and collect the faulty one immediately. Please give us a call or email us to let us know as soon as your device gives any problems, and we will get it sorted for you asap!

  • Logging a faulty device for replacement.

Send us an email giving us a small detailed message of the product's fault, along with the order number (from which the product was purchased under) as a reference. We will then reply to you as soon as possible with our suggested return procedure. Please note for safety reasons that any returned item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • I changed my mind. Can I return these goodies?

If your parcel is still on its way to you, or it has just arrived but you haven’t opened any of the goodies yet, you can return it for a credit voucher or refund. We will charge a 20% handling fee at our discretion. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been removed from their packaging, unless they are damaged or faulty.

  • Understanding our returns policy

Due to hygiene reasons, items purchased are non-refundable unless it's a manufacturing fault or damaged during shipping. Where non-defective items are returned, and it is not possible to tell if the item has not been opened, used or tampered with, we will not risk our health and safety standards by accepting such returned goods - regardless of whether or not a claim states that the product has not been used.
